LAHORE – Former prime Minister Nawaz Sharif would be heading back to London on October 5, claimed a leading private news channel on Saturday.
A report by Dunya News stated that Sharif would be joining his ailing wife Kulsoom Nawaz next week, who was recently discharged from hospital after three successful surgeries for Lymphoma.
The former premier arrived back in Pakistan on Monday and showed up in an accountability court the very next day after which it was announced that he would be indicted on October 2nd.
But amid all the crisis, Sharif is set to hold reins of his ruling party on October 3 after the President Mamnoon Hussain would okay the legislation paving way for a disqualified legislator to become office bearer of any political party.
The scions of Nawaz Sharif, Hassan, Hussain and Maryam are already in London to take care of their mother.
